Rules for using Drone Show Arts, preview materials, animation concepts and export-ready files.

Effective date: June 11, 2026
This document is a draft and should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before final production launch.

1. About Drone Show Arts

Drone Show Arts provides drone show animation concepts, ready-made figures, custom scenes, storyboard previews and export-ready animation files for production pipelines.

Unless separately agreed in writing, Drone Show Arts does not provide or guarantee physical drone flight operations, aviation permits, venue permissions, weather clearance, crew, hardware, insurance or local regulatory approval.

2. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate email, name, company and contact information.

Login may be provided through passwordless email verification or third-party providers such as Google.

Users are responsible for maintaining control of their account and must not share access with unauthorized third parties.

3. Builder and Animation Library

Users may use the builder and animation library to create show concepts, select ready-made figures, request custom scenes and prepare show briefs.

Access to some library materials may require registration or additional permissions.

4. Protected Materials and Intellectual Property

All visual previews, ready-made figures, storyboard layouts, scene concepts, image assets, point-cloud previews, templates, metadata, software, interface design, animation files, export files and related creative materials made available through Drone Show Arts are owned by Drone Show Arts or its licensors.

Users receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to view and use these materials within the Drone Show Arts platform for preparing and discussing a specific show concept.

5. Restrictions on Copying, Sharing and Competitive Use

Users may not copy, download, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, sublicense, publish, transfer, reverse engineer, extract, recreate, scrape, train AI systems on, or use Drone Show Arts materials to create competing drone show services, animation libraries, visual catalogs, pitch decks, production assets or similar commercial products.

Users may not share Drone Show Arts previews, storyboards, animation files, export files, point data, figure concepts or library assets with other drone show companies, drone providers, production vendors or third parties except with prior written permission from Drone Show Arts or for an approved project handoff.

6. Approved Project Handoff

If production handoff to a drone provider is required, files and previews may be shared only with an approved provider and only for the specific project for which the materials were prepared.

Any broader use, reuse, resale, redistribution or transfer requires written permission from Drone Show Arts.

7. Watermarks and Preview Protection

Drone Show Arts may apply visible or invisible watermarks to previews, exports, PDF storyboards and visual materials.

Watermarks may include the user's email address, project ID, account ID, date or DroneArts.show branding.

Users may not remove, crop, obscure, edit, cover, modify or attempt to bypass any watermark, rights-management notice or preview protection.

8. Uploaded Materials

By uploading logos, brand assets, images, text, references or other materials, users confirm that they own them or have the necessary rights, licenses and permissions to use them for the requested project.

Users must not upload third-party trademarks, copyrighted works, celebrity likenesses, protected characters, brand assets or confidential materials unless they have permission to use them.

Users grant Drone Show Arts a limited right to use uploaded materials only to prepare the requested concept, preview, proposal, animation or production files.

9. Custom Figures

Custom figures, logo-based scenes and brand-specific visuals are prepared for the specific project.

Drone Show Arts will not publicly reuse client logo-based custom figures without permission.

Exclusive ownership, buyout rights, source file transfer or unlimited usage rights are granted only if expressly stated in a separate written agreement or invoice.

10. Delivered Files and License

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivered animation files and export files are licensed only for the specific approved project or show.

They may not be reused for another event, resold, sublicensed, uploaded to marketplaces, shared with competitors, used to create competing libraries or used outside the approved project scope.

11. Show Briefs and Estimates

Submitting a show brief does not create a confirmed production order or fixed-price agreement.

Final pricing, delivery scope, revision limits, file formats, usage rights and timelines are defined in a separate proposal, invoice or written agreement.

12. Drone Providers and Production Responsibility

Drone Show Arts may help connect users with drone show providers or production partners.

Unless separately agreed in writing, Drone Show Arts is not responsible for provider availability, physical drone operations, permits, aviation approvals, venue permissions, flight safety, weather conditions, insurance, crew, hardware or local production execution.

13. Prohibited Uses

Users may not use the platform or materials for illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, extremist, infringing or unauthorized branded content.

Users may not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape the library, download protected media, remove watermarks or misuse platform materials.

14. Suspension and Termination

Drone Show Arts may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, infringes intellectual property rights, misuses protected materials or shares content without authorization.

15. Disclaimer

Preview materials are provided for concept visualization and planning.

Final production feasibility depends on technical review, drone count, provider requirements, location, permissions, local regulations and other production factors.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Drone Show Arts is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, event cancellation, third-party provider failure, regulatory denial, weather conditions, unauthorized use of uploaded materials or misuse of preview files.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
