How Drone Show Arts handles account, project, upload and authentication data.

We collect account information such as name, email, company or brand name, phone number, country or city and role when you create an account or complete your profile.
We collect project information such as selected figures, show sequence, drone count, event notes, provider-help preferences, uploaded references, saved concepts and submitted show briefs.
We also collect usage, authentication and session data needed to keep accounts secure and operate the service.
We use your information for account login, project communication, brief processing, file delivery, customer support and secure operation of the builder.
We use your information to save show concepts, prepare animation proposals, review custom figure requests, generate preview or PDF materials and communicate next steps.
We may use project metadata to improve catalog organization, workflow quality and support responses, but we do not sell personal information.
Sign-in may use passwordless email verification or third-party providers such as Google.
Authentication and account sessions are handled through Supabase Auth.
Uploaded files may include logos, references, presentations, PDFs, images, brand guides or other project documents.
Uploaded materials are used only to prepare the requested animation concept, preview, proposal or production files and are not publicly shared by Drone Show Arts.
Do not upload files unless you have the rights and permission to use them for the requested project.
Drone Show Arts may use Supabase for authentication, database and storage, Resend for transactional email, Google for OAuth authentication and hosting providers for website delivery.
These providers may process data according to their own security and privacy practices.
We retain account, concept, brief and uploaded-file metadata as needed to provide the service, support your projects, maintain records and protect platform security.
You can contact us to request deletion, correction or review of account and project data.
